Lindsay Clarke is currently Associate Lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of Wales, Cardiff, where he was Writer-in-Residence, 1996.

Lindsay Clarke was interviewed by Jonathan Stedhall for a TV film in the Inner Journeys Series made by Scorer Associates and broadcast by HTV in 1993.

There are plans for Lindsay to become Writer-in-Residence at the major archaeological dig taking place at Catalhoyuk, Turkey in the 2003 season.

An article by Lindsay on the art of writing appears in The Creative Writing Coursebook published by Macmillan in 2001

Among other recently published articles by Lindsay are an essay on the poem Wind in The Epic Poise, A Celebration of Ted Hughes (ed Gammage, Faber & Faber 1999), and a review of Robert Fraser’s book The Chameleon Poet, A Life of George Barker in The London Magazine 2002.

Lindsay has been Scholar-in-Residence at Schumacher College where he teaches occasionally, and Creative Director of the Dartington Conference in 1995 (Myth In Our Time) and 1996 (Celebrating The Mysteries). He has been a Judge of the Pushkin Prizes, a schoolchildren's writing project based in Northern Ireland, and he also teaches occasionally at Dartington Hall, Arvon, Ty Newydd and the Skyros Centre.

He regularly writes reviews for Resurgence.
